Ex-smoker, but now a non-smoker for 5 years. I feel healthier, and more active compare to when was smoker. Started tasting my first cigarette during the first year in college. It was the biggest mistake I did.

Starting was so easy, but quitting was a challenge. However, with persistence, determination and a goal go quit, I managed to quit 5 years ago. I quit the hard way, tried both cold turkey, but I end up successful using the gradual quitting method.

At that time, I did not know that there are products that can make quitting better. Hopefully, I can share some of the better way of quitting, and share the better and healthy experience without having a cigarette every time I wake in the morning, and before going to bed.
