Colin J. McMechan (QuakeUp)

My interest is to assist people and organizations in sharing their stories and expertise through compelling images and words. Priorities include training and instruction, experiences of celebration, and appreciation of social and natural environments. I hope what you see on this channel will inspire your own adventures into a world that is rapidly changing. Bumps and detours might divert our progress along the path of life, but always present opportunities for discovery. Where to from here? Find grace through gratitude. Live each day with intention. Help lift the spirit of others with a listening ear. Engage the heart at every turn.
