“A world traveler returns to his own country to explore it’s West Coast on a motorcycle. An exercise in simplicity, camping out and getting off the beaten track. A chance to reassess life choices. The freedom to explore alternatives. What is it we need to be happy and is Australia still the lucky country”

“A world traveler returns to his own country to explore it’s West Coast on a motorcycle. An exercise in simplicity, camping out and getting off the beaten track. Exploring a stylistic technique of using photos, video, spoken word and atmospheric music from daily journals. This is Australia now!”
One of the great joys I get from travel is to experience how things really work in foreign cultures. If I was to just listen to mainstream news, I'd probably feel the world was a dangerous place! Travel teaches me that despite cultural differences, we all just really want the same things! In this playlist I've put together some videos that dig a little deeper, that leave the safety of the resort pool, to find out how things really work! Poverty, Crime, drugs, prostitution, deforestation, dictators, war, indigenous rights and homelessness.
