Biogymnastics, method of gymnastics developed by Teacher Orlando Cani from the 1960's. Combines Yoga, Meditation, Kempo (Movements of Animals), Tai Chi Chuan, Body Expression, Breathing, Relaxation, Stretching, and Flexibility utilizing all means of motion, varying forms of intensity and there connection to the movement of our body. This method teaches how to use Force, Strength, Flexibility & Coordination of Neuromuscular movements and their creative sequences, giving the much pleasure in the execution. It provides the practitioner with self-awareness of the body, awareness of the mind to reach an equilibrium as a whole.
