We are an independently owned private equity firm with nearly 30 years' experience of investing in unquoted UK businesses. We seek to invest between £2 million and £10 million in UK businesses that have the right mix of flair, growth potential and market vision. They may be looking to grow organically, acquire another business or secure a management buy-out. 

Our investment team have a wide range of skills, interests and backgrounds. We're open to ideas and proposals in all sectors and across the regions. Since 1984, we have invested in over 250 businesses.
