I am a multidisciplinary artist: a sculptor, a fashion-designer, a jewelry-maker and potter, who was born in 1963 in Tel-Aviv. My career began in 1988, shortly after graduating the Parsons School of Design in New York. I started designing wedding dresses and my designs - simple, elegant and clean-cut - were well-received by brides.

Two years ago, my career took a surprising turn when, during a random visit to the bike shop with my son, I became fascinated with bike parts. I started spending my days collecting junk - chains, gear parts, pedals and bells - and evenings at my studio using her loot to make dogs. My real-sized dogs sculptures are made from one material - discarded bicycle parts. Despite the use of metal, they have a gentleness and sensitivity to them.
