- 240ml buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 65g buckwheat flour
- 65g plain flour
- 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon honey
1. Place all of the ingredients into your Nutri Ninja Cup in the order listed.
2. Select START and blend for 20 seconds. Remove cup from the base and remove blade from the cup. Cover the cup with plastic wrap and let sit for 1 hour.
3. On a lightly oiled griddle or sauté pan over medium heat, pour pancake batter in desired size coins into the pan and cook until small bubbles form. Flip and continue cooking until center is puffed and springs back when gently pushed.
