How do we celebrate our successes during company outings? And, how do we work with data and analytics in such a way that makes a massive difference in our outcome? We want to challenge ourselves continuously and in such a way that we don’t settle for simply accepting the status quo.
We want to look for tiny improvements daily, to make a significant impact on the world. As a result of this forward thinking, we felt the best way to achieve it, was to completely throw away performance reviews and have every one of our employees get a career coaching session every 12 weeks instead. That is one example of Spire’s philosophy.
