move (müv) v. ,- To change posture or position. To take action.  To cause.  To carry on one's life or activities in a specified environment. To progress toward a particular state or condition.

MÜV Integrated strives to restore not only movement in individuals physically, but to also a movement toward educated training principles which has been lost in the complex mess of media and the fitness industry (both commercial and underground).  Movement against the grain ;)

So...that's what our videos will show.  Our team debunking all of the mindless things other "professionals" try to pass as truth and the holy grail.  The only truth is the human body.  Other than sciency nerdy stuff, we will also show cool stuff.  HA! Stuff!
