J.Ordóñez Marquetry

Founded in 1952 by master craftsman Joan Ordóñez y Lozano in Gràcia, Barcelona, Marquetería J.Ordóñez is renowned for its technical precision and commitment to excellence. Our expertise is reflected in landmark heritage projects, such as the marquetry flooring at Casa Lleó i Morera and the Royal Galley at the Museu Marítim de Barcelona.
His son, Jordi Ordóñez y Batlle, ensures the continuity of the craft through a prestigious professional school and the workshop itself. In 2025, we relocated our facilities to the Camp de l'Arpa del Clot neighborhood, offering three areas of specialized expertise:
• High-precision restoration: Restoring the original splendor of antique furniture for museums, antique dealers, and private clients.
• Bespoke creations: Custom compositions using select fine woods for interior designers and exclusive projects.
• Professional training: Teaching the craft using traditional techniques and machinery.
