In this blessed country The USA! I don't know of any community of people that are under malnutrition! But do have an obesity problem! I never new anyone that could not get basic medical help! But there is a problem with personal physical and mental abuse! Even our substance abuse, mental retardation or just plain lazy destitute are very fortunate in this country to get help by just putting out a simple hand extension or asking. I do believe in personal responsibility and not only the strongest survives but also the strongest Elects will be the most rewarded.
