Lucie is a NCPT Pilates Teacher and the owner of Surprise Pilates in Surprise, AZ   Lucie Bécus hold certifications from Stott Pilates, ACE Personal Training, Pendleton Pilates, TRX Suspension Training, IIN Health and Nutrition Coach, and Mad Dog Spinning. She specializes in Pilates for chronic conditions and rehab as well as  prenatal and postpartum Pilates, and general fitness goals and pursuits.
