Yoga classes are an amazing place to learn, but at-home practice is where students often have the biggest breakthroughs. You learn techniques in class, and you refine and experiment at home.
But as you might have experienced, practicing by yourself can feel lonely and even boring - and this is why we've grown to love yoga challenges, they bring everyone together.
Here's How it Works:
• Watch the video, do the pose (as best you can), snap a photo
• Share your photo with hashtag #YogaBodyChallenge on Facebook or Instagram
NOTE: this is not a competition, it's intended for motivation and education. We love learning new poses and sharing what we're learning with you. Plus, it's just really cool to see thousands of photos from around the world, everyone learning the same pose each day.
