Musician Reality TV Show. Could the stars handle the studio? Another Leveraging Smart 800 pound gorilla video short from Loren Weisman and Steve Moreau.
This is not a real musician reality tv show, but I think it should be. Wouldn’t it be great to see all those musicians that forget about all the help they get from their songwriters, music producers, recording engineers and others. I understand they are the “stars” but it still grinds my gears (family guy reference) when these artists magically take credit for everything and forget those that were an integral part of the song, album or recording.
I would have this musician reality tv show follow certain artists that seem to take all the credit in to recording studios where they are left to create with a limited team to see just what they can actually do with out the support of others. Its not about looking for them to fail, but understand just how much those around them help out in the creation process.
There are a great deal of artists that wouldn’t go on this musician reality show and are always generous to their writers, music producers, engineers and musicians that help them out, but I think some of the artists with those oversized egos that don’t actual realize just how much is done for them would be in for a funny and rude awakening.
