HEY!!! here is my at home workout that I've been doing for the last two weeks and I''ve been seeing slight results! i do this set 3 times a week (with others in between) and it is good for beginners but still vary intense :) let me know if you do try this workout out and how it goes for you! im still working on my plank form haha hopefully next time ill be better!
pre workout i use: bpm labs annihilate (black label) in mango peach (cause the other one taste horrible haha)
