Phoenix 🐦‍🔥 Fênix FIYAH Movement Wellness

FIYAH🔥 Yoga & Dance for Balance, Joy, Vitality💫 Greetings & Love, Empress I’m Phoenix🐦‍🔥here to help you live a joyful, vibrant, & aligned life fusing Culturally rooted movement & Holistic Wellness.

My journey as a movement practitioner spans 25 yrs. 2006, a severe car accident shattered my pelvis. Instead of giving up, I rebuilt physically, mentally and my career took off from ATL to NYC teaching & touring internationally. High-level success brought burnout, I needed a lifestyle change so I left NYC for Florida & shifted.
Uplifting Culture & empowering Women's Wellness, I also became a Yoga Teacher facilitating 1,000+ hot yoga & fit classes.
2026 I moved to Bahia, Brasil for the ultimate lifestyle shift for wellbeing.
Now, I use my personal & professional breakthroughs to empower women globally.
