I am taking inspiration from Charles Dickens, and publishing my novel, SO SINGS THE CHATTAHOOCHEE, here on YouTube. I will be reading segments and linking them into PLAYLISTS for each chapter.

If you enjoy having a little bedtime story, you may try setting the PLAYLIST to run thru an entire chapter for you. Please feel free to comment, or ask any question about the contents and story line of the book. I am interested in hearing how the words are interpreted by new minds!

This was a story I promised to write about my young niece, Jennifer (age 12). As a former schoolteacher, I was interested in capturing the local history and color of the West Georgia region where the story is set. Campbellton 'was' a forgotten lost town, that sat for decades in weeded seclusion on the shores of the Chattahoochee River on Highway 61. It was the site of numerous skimishes in the Battle of Atlanta, during the War Between the States.
