Learn Private Lending

I never intended to get into private money lending. I originally was looking to become a "wholesaler." After spending some time educating myself, I was disappointed to learn how much time and effort it took to be successful in that area. However, being a disciplined saver over many years, I was different from the average person looking to get into real estate investing, because I did have a reasonable amount of money to put to work. A friend, who was already an established "flipper", asked if I would be willing to fund a deal for them, and thus began my time as a private / hard money lender. I have both, profited and enjoyed, from my experience and want to be able to share this business with other like-minded people who are looking for an efficient way to get a higher return on their money.

Learn Private Lending is a channel I started to help others learn and discuss private / hard-money lending. Please join my email list below for more tools and information.
