The Section 8 Investor

I'm a CPA, entrepreneur, author and, most importantly for this content, a real estate investor. We currently own and operate 56 rentals in the Columbus, OH area with the goal to get to 100 by 2029.

And as the name might indicate, we rent a good chunk of these via Section 8.

I'm also a real estate agent, so I can buy and sell my own properties and a lender, so I can secure my own loans. Basically, I do and love anything real estate related.
