2nd Chance Indiana's YouTube channel includes videos that feature efforts to prepare reentrants to make the transition from prison life to a workplace culture, to find work, and to locate the wrap-around services needed by them and their family members.

Our Mission - We reduce recidivism and rebuild lives through the dignity of work.

We Train - We provide job preparation training for those preparing for release from long term incarceration.

We Mentor - We provide trained mentors to assist and encourage reentrants both inside correctional facilities and after they are released. 

We Deliver - The No. 1 barrier to getting and keeping a job for reentrants is the lack of affordable, reliable transportation. We work with employer partners to provide free transportation to and from work for as long as it is needed.
