    - It reduces elevates your energy-levels (more than a cup of coffee)
    - Raises our energy (more than a cup of coffee)
    - It stimulates self-confidence
    - It increases your metabolism
    - Increased motivation
    - It Increases creativity, focus, memory and problem-solving skills

    Sure, these are all benefits exercise has in general, but research shows that they increase when you are in the outdoors. For example, people exercising outdoors show that they enjoy their workout much more than they do indoors and they seem to be more happy to repeat it again.
