河南电视台是一家总部位于河南省郑州市郑花路18号的省级电视台，隶属于河南省广播电影电视局。河南电视台成立于1969年9月15日，同年10月1日第一套节目正式开播。经过40多年发展，河南电视台目前拥有15个电视频道（10个免费频道、3个付费频道、1个移动频道、1个境外频道），其中河南电视台第一套节目于1996年6月1日通过亚洲2号卫星传播后改称为河南电视台卫星频道（即河南卫视）。另外，河南电视台还拥有1份综合类都市新闻日报《东方今报》，1个官方网站大象网。

Henan provincial television stations is headquartered in Zhengzhou, Henan, No. 18 Zheng Hua Road, part of Henan Province Radio, Film and Television Bureau. Henan TV was established in September 15, 1969, the first program was formally launched in the same year on October 1. After 40 years of development, Henan TV now has 15 TV channels (10 free channels, three premium channels, a mobile channel, a foreign channels), where the first set of Henan TV program on June 1, 1996 through after the 2nd Asian satellite broadcasting renamed Henan TV satellite channels (ie Henan TV).
