Heidi Kline D.C.

I'm Heidi Kline, a chiropractor, cyclist, and creator based in Indiana.

This channel is a collection of the ways I explore healing and being fully alive—through gravel and road cycling, outdoor adventures, meditation, Reiki, creativity, music, and everyday moments of wonder.

I believe healing happens in many forms. Sometimes it's a quiet meditation. Sometimes it's time in nature. Sometimes it's an early morning ride with friends or a trail you've never explored before.

If you're someone who craves adventure, values presence, and believes there's wisdom in both movement and stillness, you're in the right place.

Here's to feeding the wildness in us, one adventure at a time.
