The Size Queens

In late fall 2005, songwriters Adam Klein and Michael Mullen laid down tracks for their cheekily titled first record, "Is It IN Yet? which began a ten-year, spontaneous critique of the American war enterprise.

Their second record, "Magic Dollar Shoppe," was released April 14, 2008 and in the spring of 2009 the band debuted new songs on an EP commissioned for the academic performance event, "Our Literal Speed." "III," was released one year later as part of an exhibition catalogue for SF Camerawork and on September 11, 2011 the band issued their plaintive, unsettling fourth studio record "Appetite for Redaction."

Following the passing of longtime collaborator and producer Tim Mooney in 2012, the band reconvened at Wally Sound in Oakland, CA, to record the song cycle "Consumption Work: Tammy, Cybertariat, At The Aral Sea," followed by "Save the Plant!" in 2014.The band’s eighth and final full-length record, “Between the Cheeks,” on the grimmest of days: Inauguration Day 2017.
