From his adopted home of Denver, Colorado, the Australian native Mr. Bill has compiled four tracks as his newest release for Gravitas Recordings, entitled “CSS 24-27”. The EP serves as part of his “Corrective Scene Surgery” series, where Bill and visual artist Funi collaborate on the release of singles which slowly unfold a story, song by song. A polished synthesis of funky, memorable melody and imaginative sound design set the pace for this release, with each of the four tracks offering a unique glimpse of the muse which Mr. Bill draws from.
The French dame of downtempo CloZee is back, this time with ten new remixes from some of the most talented producers in the scene. "Revolution Remixed” features offerings from ill.Gates, Electrocado, Sixis, AMB, David Starfire, The Digital Connection and more, with each adding their own unique spin to CloZee’s original reflective expedition, “Revolution”. Spanning glitch hop, dubstep, downtempo, and even electro, the entire collection is available now via Gravitas Music for free download.
Opening with AMB’s remix of the title track, the listener is lured down a haunting yet playful rabbit hole. But that’s just the beginning. Both Igama & ill.Gates take ‘Sankar’s Lake’ in a new direction by injecting their own musical flavor into CloZee's already beautiful piece. While Igama gets slow and sensual, ill.Gates adds soulful samples and a dash of heavy bass to take the track to new heights. An energy-fueled take on ‘Anticlimax' by glitch duo Electrocado picks the pace up midway through the album before things return to a more deliberate pace with David Starfire’s re-imagined ‘Apsara Calling’, with Starfire adding psy-dub zest for a sub-heavy twist on the original. Closing the album is a peaceful re-interpretation of ‘Revolution’ by producers Flashball13 & Messkla.

Donate and Download: http://music.gravitasrecordings.com/album/inner-g ------------------------------------------------------------------------ After a busy year split between touring and teaching at Berklee School of Music in Valenica, audio-visual duo Zebbler Encanti Experience return to Gravitas Music with the full length album “Inner G”. Laced with flavors of trap, psytrance, glitch-hop, and dubstep, the release is a shape-shifting tapestry of precision synthesis that penetrates the mind while it permeates the body. The pair’s self-coined mutant genres “PsyTrap” and “NeuroTwerk” are well represented across 7 tracks, with high-energy bass music meeting detailed psychedelic sound design.
An international lineup of musicians and producer collaborations throughout provides an uncommon perspective; sitting atop an organic emotional foundation at it's core, the album represents a convergence of many cultures and musical dialects. On tour in 2016, Inner G comes to life when ZEE lights up The ZEEggurat: a 20-foot wide projection-mapped stage setup. Each track is performed synchronized to a cascade of mind-bending immersive visuals, providing a unique encounter during each show.
French producer Chloe Herry, better known by her stage name CloZee, has spent the better part of the last year on tour between North America and Europe. “Revolution”, her latest pay-what-you-want offering on the Gravitas Music imprint, could be seen as a reflection of those journeys. In some moments, the listener may find themselves deep in a lush forest surrounded by towering trees. Just the next minute, the surroundings morph into an underground venue among sweaty bodies all pulsating to the same beat. The true beauty of CloZee’s music can be found in this subdued yet intricate sophistication; the juxtaposition of elegance and detail create subtle contrast which can be seen swirling together upon observation of any of these five songs.
Her graceful entrance begins with “Anticlimax”, a well named tune that focuses more on the evolving groove and tender melodies than any pronounced drop. The title track cleverly utilizes glitchy percussion to offset the orchestral and middle eastern harmonies. “Sankar’s Lake” gets the body moving with a catchy rhythm and flow, intelligently using bass to keep the pace progressing. Resolving on a haunting tone, “The Path To Heaven” again places focus on the delicate yet impactful drum work, culminating in a perfect conclusion for the album.
