Stand by for a busy April with lots of extra gigs due to the Easter break as I play all over the UK with gigs in England, Scotland and Wales.
First up for me is the FAC 51 The Haçienda at Sankeys Manchester on Saturday 4th April. It's the second Park & Pickering gig of the year and we'll be joined by Todd Terry, Tom Wainwright and others too. If you never experienced the original Haçienda, then this is as close to the real thing that you can get. Mind you, if you haven't got a ticket you won't be able to come as this event sold out ages ago.
On Sunday 5th April I'm in Cardiff for L'America's Best Of British night at Clwb Ifor Bach. I'm DJing alongside Paul 'Trouble' Anderson as well as L'America's own Craig Bartlett. It's always a great night in Cardiff, but I think this one will be extra special.
On Saturday 11th April I'm off to Perth for the Rhumba Club 24th Birthday Party at the Ice Factory where I'll be joined by Dave Seaman and Slam. This party promises to be incredible. Rhumba parties always are.
The following Friday 17th April I'm back in Scotland to play at The Duchess in Kirkcaldy alongside my brother Scott Park. I went to high school in Kirkcaldy, so I'm looking forward to seeing some old friends and faces in this intimate venue.
On Friday 24th April, my brother Scott Park heads south to join me at Camp & Furnace in Liverpool for a Diabetes UK fundraiser and benefit. Scott is himself a diabetic and we both lost our brother to Diabetes too. A really good friend in Liverpool, who used to be a Cream regular, recently passed away due to diabetes too, hence the reason for this event. Please come along if you can and support us.
Finally, April finishes off for me on Saturday 25th in Newquay where I'll be playing for Hypnosis alongside David Morales, Farley 'Jackmaster' Funk and others. Hypnosis was massive in the 90s and I have many great memories of raving in Cornwall back in the day. I can't wait to return.
