Here at Work With Grace, we're turning towards the joy of understanding the mystery of life and the Way of It. We notice how difficult thoughts, feelings and experiences (and the interpretations of these experiences) seem to offer difficulties and behaviors we find confusing like compulsive eating, or compulsive drinking, or any over-ing by over-thinking.

Grace Bell had a particular struggles around body image and acceptance which led to an expression of trauma in thought, words, and feelings esp with food (and this is not even true).

Eating Peace is a primary deep exploration and the capacity to shift to a permanently peaceful place with eating, understanding what takes us away from this natural state of being human, who sometimes eats.
