    I have been teaching fitness since 1989 in Health Clubs, Corporation, Churches and Community Centers. I have been hosting and producing the Paul Eugene Fitness Show since 2004 on PCTV21 in Pittsburgh, PA.

    My Mission: Inspire the world to exercise their body soul and spirit. To much fitness is focus on the body, but a healthy body without a healthy soul and spirit is trouble.




    My focus is to inspire to be healthy as a goal and not a beach body per say. I have taught dance, aerobics, kickboxing, step aerobics, Latin Dance, Funk, Strength Training, Urban Rebounding and Zumba and ran 2 marathons over the stretch of 30 years.
