This is the unedited footage of my mainstage keynote to close out day one of the Influence conference in Dallas, 2018. The audience were 1,300 professional speakers from across the globe.
I have over 200 customer service stories, ideas and technques but for this keynote I honed in on HOW Celebrity Service came about and one of my favourite stories of all time, Julia & Hamleys.
It was a huge honour to be asked to speak at NSA - believe me not many/any English speakers have ever has the privilege of presenting on mainstage so its a moment I will always remember.
