One of the largest canyons in the eastern United States, Tallulah Gorge stretches for nearly two miles through the mountains of northeast Georgia. Its sheer rock walls plunge more than 600 feet to the river below, where a drop of more than 500 feet in less than a mile creates a series of spectacular waterfalls.
