Studying the connection between humanity and the earth with remotely sensed data. Landsat and Sentinel-2 multi-spectral and Sentinel-1 radar satellite imagery on digital elevation model (DEM, topographic and lidar) for 3D perspective. Sentinel-2 (bands 12, 11, 8a) and Landsat 8, 9 (bands 7, 6, 5) see through low-density smoke and cloud, sensing thermal (shortwave) infrared radiation. Slope maps, derived from and draped on lidar DEM are particularly for visualizing earth surface forms and processes. ESA SNAP and QGIS for rendering satellite imagery and elevation data, Shotcut for animation. Documentary and experimental video and audio recording. POV snd DSLR cameras, including front/back/up camera positions, 3D and time-lapse. GPS tracking of bicycle rides. Animal imagery.
