Welcome to FitTraining!

I'm Linda T. Gottlieb, MA, Certified Personal Trainer, ACSM Cancer Exercise Trainer, with over 40 years in fitness and nearly 20 years working in exercise oncology research at Yale. I'm also an International Society of Exercise Oncology (ISEO) Founding Elite Member, certified in Strength After Breast Cancer, and a Certified Behavior Change Coach.

I specialize in helping women over 50 build strength, improve balance, and stay active through healthy aging, including during and after cancer treatment.

Through live, one-on-one virtual personal training, I offer safe, personalized, manageable 30-minute sessions—right in your own home.

This channel is a collection of some of my fav fitness tips, exercise demonstrations, and videos from the FitTraining archives, reflecting my longstanding commitment to helping people move more and feel better.
