I cover PART 3 of inside-fighting techniques and strategy for boxing. In this final part of the series, I show you how to attack and defend in close-range. The first thing you'll have to learn are all the best angles and most dominant positions for throwing punches. The best positions allow you to throw punches without much fear of getting countered in return. After that, I'll show how to create punching angles as well as create defensive angles. And then, I'll show you how to catch the rhythm of punching and defending to help you feel comfortable in close-range. And lastly, I share my favorite offensive and defensive tactics to help you out-box and out-fight your opponents on the inside.
Boxing techniques, boxing advice, and boxing instructional videos to help all boxers train and perfect their boxing skills to become a stronger, more powerful, and faster boxer. Great technique should improve effectiveness and efficiency. Great fighting techniques are focused on improving performance as opposed to be limited by rules and forms. Every fighter and fighting situation is different requiring mastery of many techniques. There are no such things as the "best fighting techniques", there are only good applications. Technique in itself is not so much what you do, but how you use it.
