Founded October 24, 2012, The Eighth Man is the quidditch community's go-to media site for analysis and strategy. The Eighth Man is not affiliated with the International Quidditch Association.

Mission
The Eighth Man aims to regularly push the limits of coverage in quidditch by enforcing a media cycle similar to professional sports; expanding the breadth and depth of quidditch coverage; and demanding a level of accountability from teams, players and governing organizations. We hope to continue being the quidditch community’s go-to source for analysis.
