Since 1919, Goodwill of the Greater East Bay has been turning donations into jobs-offering lifetime purpose and opportunity to people in Alameda, Contra Costa, and Solano Counties. We believe everyone has the opportunity to discover their full potential and purpose, empowering them to reach financial independence and become productive members of our community.

Goodwill of the Greater East Bay boasts 28 stores, three warehouses, seven job placement centers, e-commerce, and a college. Through our social enterprise, Goodwill actively recycles and reuses tons of goods, diverting more than 15 million pounds of material from landfill every year.
