"Earth Angel" came about when Elizabeth Tomcho, formerly of the band "GrassFire", asked her neighbor, Beth Edwards (known locally as "The Singing EMT), to get together and sing duets. During their first meeting, the music just flowed! Both women have been singing all their lives, but have come together as "Earth Angel" They are performing as a simple, yet powerful acoustic duet but when the occasion calls for it, Bassist Paul Vogt, Fiddler Bob Harrington, and banjo player Mike Berry, join them for a great classic bluegrass, country, and gospel sound. These ladies take pride in restoring some of the old melodies not heard too often, can croon out a beloved classic, and have begun to write and perform original songs as well. Get ready for good music, big smiles, & hand clappin', toe tappin' tunes when Earth Angel is around!
