http://www.facebook.com/jas... I've been using P90X3 to get back into a rhythm with my fitness and after 2 months I am loving it. 30 minutes a day seems to be perfect for me. I find it much easier to stay on track and disciplined. I am not training for any specific goal right now other than to have my agility and athletic ability. During my time in AZ I all but fell into complacency and bad habits. The last 2 months have been a journey to create daily disciplines, one day at a time.
