DTBird® & DTBat® are systems for Bird & Bat real-time detection joined to automatic actions to reduce collision risk: sound emission and/or WTG shutdown for bird protection, and WTG shutdown for bat protection. These are customized for every wind farm depending on wind turbine dimensions, target species, local weather, and collision risk mitigation actions selected. It includes an online Platform that provides access to review bird flights (videos), bat calls (audio files), environmental data, and wind turbine operational parameters. 

Over 500 units are distributed in 16 countries across onshore & offshore projects. All upgrades are implemented in all units in service worldwide.
