Our goal was simply keeping greens green as well as keeping all the nutrients in the vegetables.
We made the switch after visiting Choices Teaching Kitchen.
No more cooking all day. These quick and easy sautéed collards are now our family’s favorite.
One pound collards
One cup onions
One cup red peppers
1 tbs Garlic minced (more if desired)
Salt and pepper (optional)
2 tbs oil
2 tbs Worcestershire sauce (optional)
