TRAILS OF SORROW - MY FARWELL

Heavy rain - was falling - with violence - on the asphalt
    - trying to - clean up - the disgust that surrounds us
the concrete buildings around were becoming even more gray
those buildings reflected - in the sky above me
a sky without stars in those places
    some lights take their place
I would like to turn - everything off just - to watch the real ones
    to which
we can devote a dream, a wish
the mouldy smell in the air
was similar to the paradise of sewer in which we live
where lakes are made of stagnant waters
the trees are like caged animals
Where we no longer find the silence
nor the colours with which the world is painted
my farewell is dedicated to this
to a world of plastic that is not mine
to a life that is no longer ours
    dreamless
    without identity
my farewell is dedicated to this
I still want to see the stars
enjoy the scent that generates the earth
    enjoy the wind
be wrapped in silence… Show less
