Welcome to DC Running Coach​!

DC Running Coach is operated by Mike Hamberger and offers custom-designed training programs and technical instruction in running mechanics for athletes and runners of all abilities in the DC, MD, and NoVA areas.

DC Running Coach is ideal for runners, triathletes, military and law enforcement personnel, or anyone looking to improve running form, endurance and/or speed.  Mike is also available to speak at seminars and present at clinics for group instruction.

Mike is a certified Level-II Coach with USA Track & Field, and has attained certifications with NSCA (Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist) and USA Weightlifting (Sports Performance Coach).
