Cad, Code & Chaos

Welcome to G7UIV’s CAD, Code & Chaos.

Believe it or not—this is an unedited, ground-up engineering work log where custom software, 3D printing, CNC machining, and amateur radio all collide on a single workbench. No scripts or cookie-cutter tutorials—just raw, unscripted live builds and real-time problem solving.

On the bench:

C# & Software: WPF desktop apps, CAT transceiver control (FT-891S), and hardware integration.

CAD & 3D Printing: Parametric design, Bambu Lab P1S prototyping, and custom bearing housings.

CNC & Machining: CNC 6040 routing, enclosure milling, and physical fabrication.

RF & Electronics: 7-band HF antenna switchers, 3D-printed rotators, and SMT pick-and-place gear.

Pure engineering execution across code, silicon, metal, and RF.
