No, I haven't had panic attacks myself. Most of what I know about panic has come from my clients. I don't like to use the word "cure", because this isn't really a disease. But I have seen many, many clients obtain an excellent recovery and go on to live the full life they wanted.

I try to make it as plain as I can, but it's not easy to see through the trick when you're caught up in it. When I go to do something I fear, like walking across the Golden Gate Bridge, I get tricked like everyone else!
