I'm an Olympic Discusthrower, all Natural athlete and thanks to the best natural diet in the world i keep improving. Stay natural or go home. I also compete in Highland games and strongman events and always loved anything that has to do with strength and to push your limits. My training methods are much different from other peoples, but its helps to get me strong and ready for competitions. So i hope my videos will inspire and motivate you.
