    This is the SAFER Alternative Bicycle Route Presentation (that presents a SAFER, more cost efficient route that's better for the community) that was shouted down by bike activists at the Arroyo Seco Neighborhood Council meeting on June 11th, 2013. Halfway through the video presentation created by Mr. Fisher on behalf of a safer bike path than one presented by the city, the biker activists shouted down the council leaders & disrupted the entire presentation, forcing it to be shut down. As a person invited by the council to present this safer route, Mr. Fisher was shocked at the behavior that happened when a police presence was not at hand.
