    10. The ICD-10 compliance date is October 1, 2015
    9. You don’t have to use all 68,000 ICD-10 codes
    8. The process of looking up an ICD-10 is the same as looking up an ICD-9 code
    7. Outpatient and office procedure codes remain the same
    6. All Medicare Fee-For-Service providers will have a chance to test their systems before October 1
    5. If you can’t submit claims electronically by October 1, you still have several options
    4. Only claims that use ICD-10 codes will be accepted for services provided on or after October 1
    3. Your reimbursement for outpatient and physician office procedures will not be determined by ICD-10 codes
    2. The cost of switching to ICD-10 may be much lower than expected
    1. Now is the time to start making your transition to ICD-10
