So this is the Indie scene huh? I guess I could get used to this. Shovel Knight feels like a combination of many games that have been referred to as "Your Childhood" in the mid 80's and 90's. With so many elements can it possibly handle them all while feeling like it's own identity?
Pros: Great level design, memorable cast of characters, catchy soundtrack, nice difficulty, new game plus.
Cons: Bright flashes of white and flashes of many colors may cause seizures (hopefully an update fixes this)
