Our grilled salmon with white wine and homemade Asiago pesto is so easy to make—we’re talking less than 30 minutes—we can’t help but feel really proud about this recipe! Is so versatile and full of flavor, it makes a great week night meal or an entrée for company.
Ingredients: • 3 cups fresh baby arugula • 2 cloves garlic • ¾ cup shredded Asiago cheese • ½ cup olive oil • ¼ cup walnuts • ¼ cup white wine • 4 salmon filets (4–5 oz. each) • Salt and pepper to taste • 1 gallon re-sealable plastic bag
