Welcome to the Chronic Pain Channel with Dr. Ahn Kang.
As both a physician and a chronic pain patient myself, I have spent decades treating lower back, neck, shoulder, and knee pain, as well as spinal and joint disorders, while searching for the root causes of pain.
On this channel, I explain pain in an easy-to-understand way — not simply as a result of aging or disc problems, but through the perspective of the extracellular matrix, or ECM, along with body stiffness, reduced blood flow, swelling, and the accumulation of metabolic waste.
Based on real clinical experience, I will share insights on FIMS, non-surgical treatment, rehabilitation, daily self-care, and how pain can be better understood, prevented, and managed.
