3 SETS 8 REPS LEG EXTENSIONS
3 SETS 8 REPS HAMSTRING CURLS
3 SETS 8 REPS OUTER HIP ABDUCTORS
3 SETS 8 REPS INNER HIP ABDUCTORS
NO REST IN BETWEEN UNTIL FINISH
REST 1 MINUTE
30 SEC. (each leg) Glute-Hamstring extension "Booty Lifter"
30 SEC. (each leg) Rear Lunges
For 3 ROUNDS NO REST IN BETWEEN.
THIS IS ALL ONE CYCLE !!
Once cycle is complete rest for 2 MINUTES THEN REPEAT CYCLE 3 times. For a great leg workout with the T.B.R
